Every movement is broken down, explained, and demonstrated in real time to help you master proper technique, build strength, and create lasting confidence in your body.
Led by Amanda Kimberly, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience - specializing in muscle building, sustainable fat loss, and post-surgery or injury rehab. She's known for making strength training and nutrition for performance approachable, structured, and empowering so every woman can feel strong, confident, and capable.
