Are you looking to feel the benefits of yoga (increased flexibility, strength and relaxation) in a slow paced, supportive environment free of competition and comparison?
In this gentle paced class we will take our time and turn our awareness to our body, our mind and the breath as we move through a practice of warm ups, seated and standing poses to cultivate greater ease, flexibility, strength. We integrate our practice with a beautiful relaxation in Savasana.
This class is for all levels.
